Say you get a small amount of sperm on your finger, you then wipe it iff with a DRY cloth. Does this kill on the sperm, as long as the surface of the finger is dry? Once the finger is dry does that mean the sperm cannot transfer onto anything else? So if you went to the toilet, and wiped yourself with a tissue with the same hand that had sperm on, would it create a risk?
