I am 42 years old and i have my regular menstrual period every month but don't have any sexual intercourse for a year with my husband. in the month of September we have had intercourse after my regular period. We never use any contraceptive or any method until the end of the month. My period in the month of September started in the 5th day and in the first week of October my next cycle followed until October 4. On the 16th day of October i experienced 3 days menstruation with blood clot.. I don't feel any sign of menstrual period this month of November and to my understanding, I am 20 days delayed.. could it be possible that i am pregnant??? this is the first time that i encountered this kind of cycle..
