Anxiety, Abdominal pain and Relationships: Top ASKs of the Week

This week we saw a wide variety of questions come into our community. Women asked about rekindling relationships, recovering after a fall and managing anxiety. 1. When I wake up in the morning, I feel quite anxious and I physically tremble. How can I treat my symptoms?

A: In order to treat to symptom you need to know the cause. There are infinite possible causes for anxiety. I cannot analyze the cause of your anxiety without knowing more about you. This is why I strong suggest that you consider talking with someone who knows you well and can help you identify the cause.

2.I confessed that I cheated on my husband 3 times not sexually and we are trying to work things through. What does it mean when he doesn't kiss me but will have sex with me?

A:I think you will get a different opinion depending on who you ask. So, I can only share my own opinion. I imagine that your husband finds it easy to satisfy his own physical needs by having sex with you. But he no longer feels affectionate towards you. Kissing, hugging, cuddling, even a peck on the cheek shows affection and even love. If your all physical relationship with him is only sex, then it seems the sex is for his own needs. It is not to show love or affection for you.

3. I fell off a children's slide and am now experiencing pain on my left side. What could be the damage?

A:You could have a bad bruise from the fall. If the pain is internal you may want to see a doctor.

4. What causes your foot to hurt so bad you can't walk on on it?

A:Injury, such as a fracture, can cause your foot to hurt. You must consult your physician to determine the cause of burning in your leg. Sounds like nerve damage to me. However, with such limited information, I cannot help you.
