What can help me to stop bleeding twice in a month and it took 12 daus of bleeding?

Hi im 21 years old i started my periods on 31 January 2016 and it stops at 1 of February 2016 but on the 14 th February 2016 it started again till now today is the 24 th of February 2016 it still flows. It happens for the second time now first time went to a clinic but they give me birth pills but nothing helps
