Hello there
One week after my period I noticed tenderness on the outer side of my breast, more under my armpit. The pain is greatest when I push down on the bones under my armpit. There are a few tender moveable modular lumps, I am used to feeling these in my breast though. This pain continued for four days then went away before returning five days later. It is rather painful and is eased slightly with heat. Does anyone what this is? I wondered about mastitis? I am not on the pill and have not had a baby nor am I Pregnant. I am 30 years old. Thanks
