I am concerned or questioned the fact that there are stars in my brain due to the lack of perfusion there has to be some areas of Damage I have expressive aphasia problems and executive functioning skills problems that are all indicative of ABO. I am rather intelligent with an IQ of 139. And I have been asked by three people if I've been evaluated as a savant since the injuries. Is it possible to become autistic after a brain injury? I've never heard of such a thing. Also i'm doing extensive research on that narrow nurse and 28 years who now has a injury of the nervous system and I would like to let you know that the clinical treatment modalities are lacking in an entire Spectrum of care needs. I was never hospitalized so I never received the acute rehab. Multiple studies that I have found show that 60 to 80% of all male inmates encroach on facilities have suffered moderate to severe head injury. What I have found in my research is that there are behavioral problems following ABI which is obvious as it is written out that we have executive functioning skills deficits. Executive functioning skills are extremely important and adjusting to society. Without follow up I do believe that there is a latent malignant condition with TBI due to lack of monitoring of adjustment. Due to the loss of social skills and abilities a person needs to find a new place in society because they are different and they can no longer for the most part most people cannot thank Sharon as they once did. Therefore A person is forced to read to find themselves and find a way to adapt. Adaptation Maning finding a new life and managing to find a new way to interact with people successfully. I know this due to my research. And I am very very concerned I have attempted suicide three times because of this and that is a very normal trend. What happens is the person that does the such as myself then becomes label of the psychiatric and the treatment thing goes from but I'm up to top down. This is a devastating and pretty much leads to further deterioration and desperation and hopelessness and loneliness. What is it that we can do to stop this? How can we reach clinicians and explain to them that the nervous system is not separate from psychiatric and behavioral medicine. The nervous system is composed of a subset of organs to fulfill one purpose to Sensi environment, assimilate the information, then react to it and that reaction is what we call behavior and then we evaluate the response to The action and then this goes on and on and on. As biopsychosocial beings, the physical neurologic structures perform sensory motor responses that are Actually behavioral response and adjustment to the environment. The nervous system transcends the body. Any other body organ system is considered self contained the nervous system is self contained as well therefore there should be no separation between behavior and structure. A person has to interact with their environment that is what the brains function is the environment deals with social systems that's how I function and get along.
