I missed one pill and had unprotected sex two days after; should i be worried?

I missed one of my pills the second week of starting a new pack. I have been using my pills ever since, and I even doubled up for the day I missed. However, I am still afraid because we had unprotected not too long after I missed my pill. Should I be worried?
