Beta hCG decreased in 4 days from 14,470 to 13,800

I'm in 5-6 week. My beta hCG level decreased in 4 days from 14,470 to 13,800. Doctor suggested to take some tablet sylate 500mg. Little spotting saw, after this no sign of bleeding. Pls suggest what is the status of my pregnancy.
