my question is it can be have damage in my abdomen

Hi I'm irene .4 mnths ago I've been punch my lower abdomen because of so much depressed that I think I'm pregnant but I'm wrong.It's so many times that I punch my abdomen..after that I have dizziness.and changes in my bowel and everyday cramping my abdomen..what do you think it maybe damage in my abdomen?
