can I be pregnant if I skipped two months of my periods but got it this month (third month)

My boyfriend and I have had unprotected sex a couple of times and I have taken a few home pregnancy tests especially after I skipped my first month and then when I skipped the second month but it still shows up negative. I have gotten my periods this month but I was wondering if there is a chance I could still be pregnant?
