Hello all, hoping to gain any wisdom on tips to maintain premenopausal weight while going into menopause. My metabolism is acting very differently than it used to with the pounds piling on in two weeks even, a six pound gain, without that much difference in my eating habits. My frequency of periods have gone up to an average of every two week or two, so I feel like I am constantly pms-ing, which may partly explain the weight gain also. Any tips are welcome!
