Is it weird that I haven't had my period?

Hi, I'm 13 and i know this is weird for me to ask about my lady problems, but... I haven't had my period yet, but I have all the signs that I should have. I have noticeable Breast development, Discharge,hair and well, wild mood swings. Am I stressing out and this is normal, or should I tell someone.
