I am asking for a friend. She and her boyfriend were messing around 11 days after her period and her boyfriend inserted about 1/4 or half of his penis into her for about 5 seconds and then she took it off no ejaculation happen. Will she get pregnant?

She said she wiped the tip of the penis to make sure no precm will put into her vagina. But after that first 5 seconds they inserted it again for another 5 seconds but still no ejaculation or seminal fluid involved. She is scared that the second try contains precm since she forgot to wiped it off before they inserted it the second time.
