could it be implantation bleeding?

Last month I had two periods.
The beginning 2-5 ( as expected ) 3 days long
another at the end 29-3 5days long..( unexpected ) now it's a new month a week before expected cycle and light bleeding only when I wipe 6 days early no heaving consistent bleeding mild to no cramps.. the light bleeding only last that day then gone.
