I was multi orgasmic for many years and now at age 56, achieving plateau and climax (by clitoral stimulation) seems almost impossible. It appears to be tied to blood flow (similar to male ED) since the clitoris does not engorged. I've been I formed by my OB/ gynecology doctor that my testosterone level is negligible.
