Can I get HPV if me and my partner are only in relationship with each other for 10 years and had no relationship before

Recently had a smear which showed moderate dyskariosis. So I was called for colposcopy. When I asked the consultant at colposcopy - does this mean I have HPV? She said yes. 99%cases are because of HPV.
I am so confused. Me and my partener never had any other relationship. Is it possible moderate dyskariosis could be because of non-HPV cause.
