So I have no clue what's going on with me. I had a period right on time but it was unusual (for my periods at least) since stopping birth control around a year ago I've had pretty regular periods 5 days, clots (normal for me), not super heavy but not light. This month I had a period that lasted 2 and 1/2 days, was extremely heavy, and not clots. I wasn't worried until now (a week later) I'm cramping, my lower back hurts, and I'm insanely tired. So more background. A month ago I had half unprotected sex.. like he got close then came outside. And then he left me and I've been going through a lot of emotional problems trying to handle our kids and moving to a different state. I don't know if I have a painful cyst, or if I'm possibly pregnant, or if it's all due to stress. Please tell me I'm not crazy :'( has anyone experienced anything like this?
