Hello - I am 37 years old and have had pain below my left breast for 6 years now on and off. Back when it first started happening, I had a breast ultrasound, a chest x-ray, a mammogram and a breast MRI. All came back clean. I definitely have health anxiety but the pain is constant and exhausting. I am going to see a new doctor on Tuesday but not sure if I want and/or need all those tests done again. I get to the point if my child hugs me, it really hurts in those spots. I have done numerous breast self exams and found nothing except for thicker tissue in some parts of my breast (which my OB said were normal). I also had a clear office check in October.
Please help so I can try to calm my fears!!
