I'm 23 years old, I have struggled with some health issues for a few months but nothing that was to worrisome until I realized I hadn't gotten my period since March 2017. Today it's May 30, 2017. I've taken pregnancy tests and all have been negative. I have extreme fatigue to the point I feel too weak to get up or have trouble keeping my eyes open. I due to a particular injury and I have gained some weight but I've noticed since I haven't had my period my stomach/uterus area looks and feels bloated. I can barely walk a few feet without being out of breath, and I will get a headache randomly. I will fee a pinching or a pulsating in my uterus that hurts but it lasts a few seconds and happens thruout the day. If I'm not pregnant what could this be? I have to schedule an appointment but where I'm located they could be booked for weeks or months out.
