I have been having a small sore on the tip of my nose for some time now. I scratch the scab off and then it bleeds a little but then scabs back over. I can't get rid of it. Does anyone know of a medicine I could use to heal this sore and make it finally go away? I don't think that it is cancerous because it never gets worse. It just won't heal and clear away.
