Where is the actual cure in your article? It says to follow the following information but then it's all ads and more articles on other topics! I have had a sinus infection for over 5 years! I've had numerous surgs

After reading the article, I could only find more topics and ads, nothing about the actual cure. I've had a sinus infection for over 5 years. Seen several doctors and just had another surgery but it's back again. Anything you recommend would be helpful.
