The pain is in the top of my buttock and is so bad that sometimes my legs are wobbly and feel dissengaged,it sometimes spreads across both sides-I can't sit, crawl or stand still -I curl up like a hedgehog for while but I have to go outside and walk for ages up and down the path-the pain still doesn't go so I take 3 x 349mg of ibrubofen as they begin to work I get about 2 hrs sleep at the most then I'm up again-an ice pack relieves some pain -this goes on all night until about 5-5.30 when my partner gets up and we have coffee,miraculously the pain disappears then I become week and sleepy and waste the morning going to sleep. Not an ounce of pain all day until I go to sleep. !! I had two lumbar injections that did nothing and now I am being referred to the chronic pain dept at hospital.
