My boyfriend and I fooled around and he rubbed his penis in my vagina but not penetrate, could I get pregnant?

My vagina was very wet when he rubbed his penis but he had no pre cM on it but even if so, I'm scared that there might be some sperm on it. Then he ejaculated on my breast and I washed it with water and then dry it with a towel then I "stupidly" used that same towel that has water and semen on it to dry my vagina. Am I in the risk of becoming pregnant? Please HELP!
