I have pain in the hip area that when I walk sometimes it is a stabbing pain that makes my leg give out.

It doesn't hurt all the time just when I take a step. Also my knee aches on same side and appears slightly more puffy then other knee. I have had this for awhile but it is getting worse. Sometimes I get muscle spasms in the lower side on that same side. Not sure what kind of Dr. To see.
