What is the side effects of the Clindamycin 300 MG CAPSULE?

besides Clindamycin 300 MG CAP what is recommebd for a spider bite on left leg thigh area. Had a tenaus shot and IV.
I am a US Air Force veteran od 77 years of age. What are the side effects. It seems like I am getting an ulser or heart burn
with capsule.
