Why do l get periods every month but no more symptomps

my periods occur every month but l havent had the symptoms in some tim(no tender or saw breasts, no cramps, l get nothing l just see blood, and see it stop.
Also been trying to fall pragnent since November last year, lm 27 yrs old, could these be related?
