48 yo healthy husband developed PE after being admitted for what we thought was gall bladder pain. Gall bladder surgery started and radiologist called to stop surgery as a PE was spotted on presurgery Ct of chest. No other signs or symptoms of dvt ...,all docs were shocked. He has sinuses which drain and clear up when aggravated and we are just curious if this is a possible cause ?
