Hi! I'm 20 y.o and have had semi-regular periods since I started my menstruation when I was 13. My cycle is usually anywhere between 35-45 days. I am a college athlete and I have never had penetrative sex. The last time I "fooled around" with a guy was May 9th. We only performed oral on each other and he did not ejaculate so I don't think I have any concern for pregnancy (his penis never got near my vagina and he didn't touch his penis at all, we're both very careful of that).
I had a regular period a week after that from May 22-26. The next period I had was July 6-10 (It is completely normal for me to skip a month and it never causes me any concern). My period tracker on my phone (which I know is not 100% accurate, but it works pretty well for me) is telling me that I still have 6 days until my next period, however for the past 4 or 5 days I have been having a dull ache in my lower abdomen. Kind of like regular menstrual cramps that I get but much less painful and more persistent. Usually when I have this kind of pain I start within a day or so. I've tried keeping track of my discharge to see if it was just ovulation cramps or if I am getting ready to actually start my period, but I can't tell. Could anyone give me some insight on what y'all think it is? I'm kind of a worry wart and even though I've had 2 regular periods and would be almost 13 weeks along I'm still freaking out that I could be pregnant although his semen wasn't even near me lol.
