Can I get pregnant with my underwear on?

Me and my boyfriend were having fun. He was naked but i had my underwear on. It was a thin lacy fabric. And he ejaculated near my vagina. And my underwear was soaked. Can i get pregnant? I'm only 17. A little bit of it may have gotten inside. But there was no penetration.
