I'm having horrible tingling, numbness, burning in both of my hands, fingers. It's very painful and pretty much constant for last few days. I had disc replacement surgery in my neck. Could this be coming from my neck issues?

I do not have diabetes nor any other health issues. It was only random for past few months but now past week I wake up in middle of night with my hands totally numb and in pain and continues for most part of day.
