I have Arthritrs in my feet and my ankles swell up. Etc

I don't want to take methotrexate because i like a beer or wine on the weekends some days is very hard to get out of bed and I just turned 70 . Is there anything else I can take . Not a injection or something that don't cost to much as I am on a budget. Thank you
