I am 15 and my period has always been regular. Every single month for 2 years. Recently, I started drinking. I didn’t drink a lot, but I’ve never drank a as much much before. I’ve had around 5 beer cans in a month and a few glasses of champagne. I was not drunk ever, but I was tipsy some times. Since that, my period came a week early and was heavy and long. Only 6 days after, I got my period again now and my cycle was 15 days!!! I am very worried. Is this connected to drinking? I had no major stress recently, but I have a lot of work at school and I sleep less than usual, but sleep has never affected my cycle. I am really scared. What should I do? Will my period stabilize again? I’ve also noticed that my urine is very yellow no matter how much water I drink.
