I recently am experiencing pain, redness in my right foot. I think it may be gout.

I have arthritis in my back, hands, feet and legs. I am in my late 70's and experience pain most of the time. I'm finding out from the internet that my diet may be a large part of my problem. Please tell me what will help me find relief.
