How do I get a Dr. to accuratly diagnose my pheripheral neuropathy

I have all symptoms done all tests, suffered on every level and no fix in over 2 years. My foot would serve better options if gone. Who can fix the problem? Who will be accountable?
Do they really have the right not to fix it?
