Hello.
To start off, I am suffering from an anxiety disorder and extreme hypochondria that is being treated psychiatrically with medicine and also seeing a therapist regularly regarding my issues.
My anxiety performs by breathing disorders; it’s hard for me to feel like the breaths are satisfying and deep.
I started taking my meds about three months ago, and feel as though there is a slight difference for the better, though still not completely.
Anyways, lately I’ve noticed that I am getting fatigued quite easily, like walking up a steep way and talking at the same time, or walking not far distances and talking at the same time, or bending over and then getting up fast etc.
I am terrified that I am suffering from a heart related disease.
I need to state that I am not having any other worrying symptoms other than that stupid breathing anxiety disorder, nor do I have a history of heart disease running in my family (knock on wood).
I don’t have a cough, don’t usually wake up during the nights (and if I do than I go right back to sleep), not having any pain, just that sick feeling of being fatigued.
I also want to state that in the past couple months I have had blood tests that all came normal and had a general doctor listen to my breathings and heartbeat and said that everything is ok. (Though it was before i noticed that i am getting fatigued)
Also: i was never in shape, never ever, i am not fat or suffer from any abnormalities regarding my eatings/ sleep/ etc. Though it could have always been like that, only recently did I notice it, could be due to the anxiety.
Please, respond
Thank you
Best
Melody
