Started using some anti dandruff shampoos. Dermatologist prescribed cortisone lotion. Just got worse. Have tried tea tree oil coconut oil magnesium oil peppermint oil rosemary lavender. Have cut my own once long hair. Longest I have lasted in not scratching is a few days to a week wearing scarves on head. My hair feels destroyed. Scalp red and tight and painful. I am senior woman with limited income. ACV Stinks and so do essential oils. Ashamed of appearance. I used to feel beautiful with gorgeous long colored hair and noe sport a mouse brown botched short hair cut and can see my own scalp from obsessive picking and scratching. I need help. My cat is sensitive to essential oils which stink anyway.
