My heart rate when I start running is between 200 and 225 for 10 to 15 minutes. Then it settles down a bit to 155 but stil is a bit higher than it should be for my pace.
This started in January. I am a veteran runner and have not added anything new to my regimen. Is this technycardia since the high heart rate isn’t at rest? Any idea what is causing this? Is this something that might self correct?
