m a 37 yrs old lady suffering from hypothyroidism since last 12yrs. last month i had a seasonal viral flu n fever attack but since thn i cudnt get completely recovered yet. still feeling a constant dizziness, dullness, headache(backside only) n mood swings.
My GP has done with some lab tests such as blood CP (thtz perfectly normal), thyroid profile (T3=0.99 nmol/L, T4=8.56 ug/dl & TSH=0.202 ulU/ml) and the cervical x-rays (that says, loss of normal cervical curvature noted likely due to muscular spasm)...
now the gp has prescribed me few multivitamins along with changing the regular dose of tab.thyroxine. apart from this she also has suggested me to do regular oil massage of my neck n shoulders to recover from the muscular spasm ... though i m religiously following her instructions but still m facing xactly the same dizziness n dullness along with fluctuating headache...
can u plz guide me if i really need to change the gp? or i should be little more patient to see the results of her prescribed treatment?????
