Lumbar Spinal Stenosis - Will this affect my being able to walk

I have all the symptoms thereof
However I had a spinal fusion done in Feb 2017
I'm afraid my back pain has only deteriorated
Can I get treatment to assist despite the fusion
Currently I find walking difficult and painful
