My neck hurts on both size, my lower is killing me, I can't sleep. I lay on my back that don't work, I lay on my side that don't work. I have to sat up in bed. My left leg from my hip all the way down to my foot is in pain. If I hold my head down my neck get tight. What is going on. The top of my head is pounding.
