I have been having pain in the crease between my right upper thigh and top right side vagina inthe crease area and when I try to pick right leg up a stair to walk in extreme pain

I started feeling pain in the upper thigh at top in the crease between vagina and thigh in the crease . The pain is severe when I pick up my right foot to walk. The muscle burns and hurts unless I shuffle my feet
