So physically I do have a small bladder, why do you say it’s not possible?

I just had explortiorial surgery to remove a cyst from my fallipian tube and take pictures because I have 2 uterus’s. My doctor just told me I have the smallest bladder she has ever seen... how come everyone is saying it’s not possible?
