Hi I was suppose to get my period around July 18 or 19 I joined gym newly so I have been doing a lot of excercise last month I got my period around these dates but that time I wasnt going to gym as much or doing much excercise besides cardio now I have been using machines as well and drinking a protein shake before I go. I go 4 days a week for 2 hours each. Also on July 4 I was with my bf and he was reaching to touch my vagina but I didnt let him so his hand was only on like the too meaning where the pubic hair usually is he didnt touch the lips from what I remember and His hands were also had nothing on them im pretty sure because he told me im being worried for no reason and after my water bottle spilled on my tights anyways is it my body trying to adjust because I am a lazy person I never used to walk or do excercise Any of these activities. I also lost 3 pounds in the weeks Ive been going to gym. Please help Im not pregnant right
