To be considered “regular”, would you need to be having your monthly period EXACTLY the same number of days apart or could they vary by a few days each month? I do get a period every month, but it ranges from 31-36 days (most commonly 31-33) besides a 38 day cycle one time last year. A friend of mine told me this was abnormal as she has hers every 29 days like “clockwork” I’ve never had trouble conceiving and don’t experience any other usual symptoms that would suggest I have a gynaecological problem. Could my cycles still be considered normal even though they vary by a few days each month?
