Is B12 Methylcobalam interactive with Lyrica 75mg and Trileptal 300mg prescription? and what are those effects?

I am concerned which is the best way to implement the B12 Methylcobalamin without any interactive harms. Should I taper off Lyrica 75mg and Trileptal 300mg totally before trying B12 Methylcobalamin?
