Could early menopause start early for me.

I was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) because of that and my family history I had a partial hysterectomy when I was 28 years old. The Dr took everything but my left ovary. Because of my age, he left it for natural hormones. I am now 34 years old, and am having symptoms of menopause (Night Sweats, trouble sleeping, mood swings) Is that possible?
