Can you get pregnant if both male and female bodily fluids touch through underwear and spandex?

When dry humping my boyfriend precame and I was wet so is it possible that because of dry humping and being wet that sperm could have gotten through? I’m also supposed to start my period soon so I’m worried my egg has left my ovaries into my uterus which would be more chance of fertilization.
