Rising heart beats because of coffee?

I’m a lady and in 20’s of age. I noticed that whenever I drink coffee my heart beats really fast that I could feel it. This time I tried decaf coffee and I still would get the same thing. Should I quit drinking coffee? Or is this a normal thing?
