Am seeing my period twice in a month,,what is the cause?

my monthly flow comes out every 21th,but this month being march I saw it on the 10th on my way to see my fiancé who I haven't seen for 8months.
On the 16th,17th,18thwe had sex and I took postinor1 for three days now(21th) am seeing my menses again..what might be the cause??????
