I have two questions one I have these white spots all over me and the doctor gave me two pills to take for once a week and not went away and when I get in the sun it makes it worse,can you tell me what it is?

I have seziures really bad and the doctors don't know why and where there coming from I have been having seziures for nine years know..can anybody somebody help me I need answers please help me.and can you please let me know how you get white matter dieses?? Thank you sorry so long I just need help and don't know who else to turn to!!
